今回のテーマは

「感情には色がある（４）」

です。

8/23は
奈良時代から使われていた
カレンダー「２４節氣」でいうと処暑。

第１４番目にあたります。

西洋占星術では、
処暑が処女宮＝乙女座の
はじまりとなります。

処暑（しょしょ）は
暑さが収まる頃と言われ
朝夕は涼しい風が
感じられるようになる時期。

そして台風シーズンの訪れ
でもあります。

確かに‘20　8/23は
まるで処暑のサインかのように
ここ数日と比較すると
暑さが落ち着いた日でした。

日が暮れるのも早くなってきました。
暑さの中に秋を感じますね。

さて、前回のメルマガ
「感情には色がある」
の続きです。

東洋思想では、
感情には色をあてはめています。

セオリーとして
悲・思・恐・怒・喜
５つの感情に分けられます。

１）悲：悲しみ、憂い⇒　白　

２）思：思惑、考えすぎ　⇒黄　

３）恐：恐怖、怖れ　⇒青　

４）怒：怒り　⇒　緑

５）喜：喜び　⇒　赤

「青」と「白」については
お伝えいたしましたので

今回は「黄」について。

感情でいうと、
２）思：思惑、考えすぎ　⇒黄　

考えすぎて、
胃が痛くなる方も
いらっしゃいます。

胃腸が弱い方が
ここにつながります。

胃腸系が弱い方は
顔色が黄色味を帯びています。

胃腸は銀杏（いちょう）で黄色
と覚えると
良いかと思います～。

思い悩む原因の第１位は人間関係。
コミュニケーションです。

カラーの効果として
黄色は、
まさにコミュニケーションの色。

何かコミュニケ―ションが
円滑にならない時は
黄色を纏うと良いのです。

人間の体が細胞から徐々に
人間の形になっていく時

１番最初に出来上がるのが
消化器官で
胃・脾臓。

中央で中心的な存在が
胃・脾臓であり

考えすぎて胃が痛い
黄色と繋がってくるわけです。

コロナ禍で、ウツウツとしがちな
昨今、自粛ムードや
今後どうなるのかしらと

考えすぎる傾向がある～と
思ったのであれば

是非、黄色のお洋服をまとって
楽しい氣分になるよう
バランスを
とるとよいでしょうね。
