今回のテーマは

「感情には色がある（５）」

です。

９/２２は秋分。
奈良時代から使われていた
カレンダー
「２４節氣」で使われている
季節の一つが「秋分」なのです。

祝日となっていますから
秋分はメジャーです。

秋分は祖先をうやまい、
なくなった人々を
しのぶ為の日。

1948年に国民の祝日と制定されました。

1948年は戊子（ぼどのね）の年。
戊は土で土星。　
土に還るという言葉があるように
地球であるこちらの世界と
彼方の世界が関係したのでしょう。

秋分の日を中日に、
前後の３日間をあわせた７日間が
お彼岸となります。

２４節氣カレンダーは太陽の
光の季節といってもよいでしょう。

秋分は昼間と夜の長さが半分半分。
冬至まで、これからどんどん
日が短くなっていきます。

そして秋分と共に
太陽は天秤座入りしました。

天秤座のキーワードは
上品、洗練されている、理想主義、良識、社交性、
バランス感覚、冷静、美的感覚、審美眼、正義
美しさ、論理的、華やか、ほがらか。

よいイメージを持ち、１０月を迎えましょう。

さて、前回のメルマガ
「感情には色がある」
の続きです。

東洋思想では、
感情には色をあてはめています。

セオリーとして
悲・思・恐・怒・喜
５つの感情に分けられます。

１）悲：悲しみ、憂い⇒　白　

２）思：思惑、考えすぎ　⇒黄　

３）恐：恐怖、怖れ　⇒青　

４）怒：怒り　⇒　緑

５）喜：喜び　⇒　赤

「青」「白」「黄」については
お伝えいたしましたので

今回は「緑」について。

感情でいうと、怒りが緑。

超人ハルク、ご存じでしょうか。

怒りがこみあげると
肌の色が緑に変化して
怪力を持つ巨人「ハルク」
に変身するというキャラクター。

アメリカンコミックですが
東洋思想と重なります。

人間もお腹の底から怒りが込み上がると
赤ではなく
濁った緑色の顔に
なると言われています。

怒りは、
肝臓にダメージを与えるのです。

肝臓は血液を作ったり、
浄化する働きが
ありますので、
機能が低下することで
血の色が濁り
皮膚を通して
緑っぽく見えるのです。

緑と一言でいっても
青黒い緑と
新芽の緑ではまるで
イメージは異なりますね。

にごった緑というと
アーミー柄の色のような・・・。

こげ茶と緑を混ぜたような色。

逆に
種から双葉が出るグリーンや
新芽は濁っていない、
フレッシュな緑です。

フレッシュな緑は
生まれ出でる
エネルギー。

ですから
怒りがたまった時
濁った緑を
フレッシュな緑に変換すると
怒りはなくなります。

もし怒りがあるのなら
怒りをガソリンにして
何かを生み出すチャンス到来～！

濁った緑をガソリンにして
何かを生み出すようにすればよい！

芸術は爆発だ！！！
で有名なアーティストの
岡本太郎氏のように
怒りをエネルギーの源に
かえると
良いのです。

緑は基本、
癒しの色ですからね。

是非、キレイな緑のお洋服や
スカーフをまとって
バランスをとりながら
何かを生み出しては
いかがでしょう。
