感情には色がある(7)

今回のテーマは

「感情には色がある(7)」

です。

本日11/7は
奈良時代から使われていた
カレンダー
「24節氣」では「立冬」

冬が立つ、まさに冬がはじまるお知らせ。

凛とした空氣を感じ、
マフラーを巻きたくなる時期。

立冬から、2月初旬の立春までが
暦の上では冬にあたります。

24節氣カレンダーは太陽からの光で
季節を伝えるものです。

太陽の光で季節が決まりますから
数字ではなく、
「立冬」といった言葉で
時の移り変わりを示しています。

太陽からの光で季節が作られるので、
地球人にとって太陽は
かけがえのない存在ともいえますね。

さて、前回のメルマガ
「感情には色がある」
の続きです。

東洋思想では、
感情には色をあてはめています。

セオリーとして
悲・思・恐・怒・喜
5つの感情に分けられます。

1)悲:悲しみ、憂い⇒ 白 

2)思:思惑、考えすぎ ⇒黄 

3)恐:恐怖、怖れ ⇒青 

4)怒:怒り ⇒ 緑

5)喜:喜び ⇒ 赤

悲・思・恐・怒・喜

この5テーマ、
皆様も薄々感じていらっしゃるのでは
ないかと思うのですが

明かなプラス感情は
なんと
「喜」1つだけなのです。

残り4つの 悲・思・恐・怒。

「思」が思惑、考えすぎるといった
意味合いがあるので、やはり
プラス感情ではないのです。

人間が生まれもってきた
感情5つのうち
4つはマイナス感情から
はじまるのですね~。

ですから
なぜか若いころに
罪悪感をもちやすい心理が
生まれるのは
これが原因なのではと
思っています。

罪悪感をもつことで
自分いじめをして
切磋琢磨する、修業させる
そういう人生プログラミング
なのでしょう。

乗り越えることで
マイナス感情がプラスに変換される、
陰と陽の法則

表裏一体。

まとめると

1) 白
悲:憂い⇒ 愛  

2)黄
思:思惑 ⇒決断 

3)青
恐:恐怖 ⇒勇氣

4)緑
怒:怒り⇒理解

5)赤
喜:喜び⇒苦しみ

生まれた瞬間は、喜びなのですが
その後
苦しみをもつことになる。

ということは
ほぼ5つともマイナス感情から
スタートです。

マイナス感情からはじまり
体験を得て
プラス感情に反転し
そのあとは
グルグルとまわっていきます。
